An example of people who forge titles they don’t posses, is the story of Colonel Qaffari. Exaggerated events, such as the colonel’s strange battles and confrontations with felons, or the draftee whose 24-month service has lasted twice as much, yet not completed, finally lead to Masoud Shastchi, the lead personality, to take up the district police chief position, who later on transforms into a violent boss.
Later on, when put on trial, he admits he committed all such felons himself, due to a wish to transform the neighborhood into a good one, just failing to know how to achieve the goal.
